How to Delete Your Chaturbate Account
Short answer

What is the difference between disabling and deleting a Chaturbate account?
Disabling is reversible for 120 days; deleting is a permanent request.

How do you delete your Chaturbate account permanently?
- Withdraw money on deposit and use or accept losing your tokens. See the next section.
- Cancel any memberships. On desktop, go to My Profile, open the Memberships tab and cancel Supporter or fan club memberships. Chaturbate emails a confirmation with the end date (Supporter, fan clubs).
- Sign in and open the deletion tool. The privacy policy links it as "the Platform's deletion tool"; the address is
chaturbate.com/security/privacy/delete/. Follow its prompts to submit the request. - Keep the confirmation email and your account email address in case you need to contact support.
Chaturbate's terms also say you can terminate your account "by visiting our cancellation page or by contacting our customer support". If you cannot sign in, contact support through the help centre or billing support on 1-877-338-7068. No official page names a separate deletion-by-email address, so be wary of third-party pages that list one.
What happens to your tokens and money on deposit?
Withdraw before you delete. Chaturbate's terms say members who are not broadcasters can withdraw unused money on deposit by contacting customer support, less third-party costs. Its privacy policy says that if you request deletion while holding tokens, purchases, subscriptions or content, you agree they are forfeited and you are not entitled to a transfer or refund.
Broadcasters are treated differently: under the terms, a broadcaster's remaining tokens are paid to the payment details on file on the next payout date after termination. Tokens already spent on tips or shows are not refundable; see our Chaturbate tokens guide for how token value works.
What does Chaturbate keep after deletion?
Some records survive a deletion request. According to the privacy policy:
- Your username is retained, to prevent abuse and impersonation.
- IP, device and access data used for fraud prevention are kept indefinitely.
- Broadcaster age-verification records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257, including ID documents and biometrics, are kept for 7 years from when content was last available through the account.
- If your account is suspended, banned or limited when you ask for deletion, the restriction "may be converted to a permanent ban", with minimal records kept.
After termination you lose access to purchased content, and the terms say Chaturbate has no obligation to store it. Save anything you are entitled to keep first.
Can you request a copy of your data?
Yes, and California residents have a specific route. Chaturbate's privacy policy says California residents can, free and up to twice in 12 months, ask for the categories and a copy of their personal information by calling (877) 338-7068 or emailing support@chaturbate.com. Replies go to the account's security-notification email. Other review or copy requests can go to privacyquestions@chaturbate.com. The policy's California section describes access rights; it does not set out a separate deletion request process, so use the deletion tool for deletion.
Do you need to delete the account to stop paying?
No. A basic Chaturbate account is free and has no recurring charge. Only Supporter memberships and fan clubs renew, and you can cancel those without deleting anything. If a charge you do not recognise appears, Chaturbate's billing support number is 1-877-338-7068.
