How to Delete Your Jerkmate Account

Short answer

Your Jerkmate account lives on JerkmateLive, the site where you pay and watch shows. Sign in there, cancel any Fan Club or membership renewals, then open My Account. The account-closure page offers two options. Close My Account can be undone at any time by logging back in. Delete starts a 21-day grace period, and after that the account and its personal data can't be recovered. You can't self-delete within 4 months of your last purchase; JerkmateLive says this is for fraud prevention. Deleting doesn't clear any balance you owe.

Checked 25 September 2026 against Jerkmate's account FAQ, terms (last amended 5 May 2026) and privacy policy (effective 1 January 2026), plus the help and account-screen text that JerkmateLive publishes in its site code. We did not sign in or delete a real account, so we describe what JerkmateLive's own screens say rather than each click.

Which account are you deleting: Jerkmate or JerkmateLive?

In practice, JerkmateLive. Jerkmate's sign-up box says its three steps give you access to jerkmatelive.com. Jerkmate calls JerkmateLive the place where users "get full access to live cams" and buy Gold. Jerkmate's terms send every charge and billing question to jerkmatelive.com. Account, billing and closure requests therefore go to JerkmateLive support, and Jerkmate's own deletion FAQ gives a JerkmateLive email address.

Jerkmate.com also keeps some data of its own, such as marketing email preferences. Its privacy policy calls the site "a Sellitize Ltd product" and gives a separate contact for privacy requests (see below).

What is the difference between closing and deleting?

Closing is a pause you can undo. Deleting is permanent after 21 days.

How do you delete your Jerkmate account?

Sign in at jerkmatelive.com with the email and password you used on Jerkmate. Your email address is also your login name.
Cancel anything that renews. Cancel each Fan Club under Fan Club Management, and cancel any premium membership listed under My Account. See the next section.
Use up or ask about any prepaid balance, and download or watch anything you've bought. Deletion loses your purchased content (see Gold and balances).
Open My Account and go to the account-closure page. JerkmateLive's help calls it "our account closure page". Its text offers permanent deletion "as an alternative to closing your account" and links to the deletion page.
Choose Delete, not Close My Account. JerkmateLive asks for a reason first. "Prefer not to answer" is one of the options. Then it asks you to confirm with Delete.
Look for the confirmation. The screen reads "Account Scheduled For Deletion", logs you out, and JerkmateLive sends a confirmation email.
Don't log in for 21 days. Logging in during the grace period reactivates the account and cancels the deletion.

Can't sign in, or prefer email? Jerkmate's FAQ says you can end your membership by emailing supportteam@jerkmatelive.com with your login name, your full name and the last 4 digits of your card (or the full account number for another payment method). Ask for deletion, not just cancellation, in plain words, and keep the reply. JerkmateLive also lists 24/7 live chat, WhatsApp, a call option and SMS support on 1-855-968-1444 on its support page. JerkmateLive says staff "will never ask for your account or credit card information in a chat room", so never send a full card number.

Why can't you delete your Jerkmate account?

The most common documented reason is a recent purchase. JerkmateLive's deletion screen has this error message: "Due to fraud prevention, we are unable to process your deletion request until a 4-month period has passed since your last transaction." It tells you to try again after that period. A second, generic message says "Your account cannot be deleted. Please contact customer support."

If you're blocked by the 4-month rule:

Close the account now if you just want it out of use. Closing has no waiting period, and you can come back later and delete it.
Stop all charges in the meantime. Cancel Fan Clubs and renewals, and lower your daily spending limit if you keep the account open (see our guide to stopping Jerkmate charges).
Contact support in writing and ask for deletion. JerkmateLive doesn't publish whether support can override the 4-month rule.

Cancel Fan Clubs and memberships before you delete

Do this first, and keep the confirmations. JerkmateLive describes Fan Clubs as "monthly subscriptions to individual models". Each one has a "Cancel Fan Club Subscription" button under Fan Club Management, and you keep the benefits until the paid period ends. Jerkmate's account FAQ also describes a premium membership that gives "30 days of access". You "cancel the recurrence" of that membership from My Account.

JerkmateLive's deletion text says subscriptions "will be lost". It does not promise that deletion cancels future billing, and your deletion request only becomes final after 21 days. Cancel each subscription yourself so that nothing renews during the grace period.

What happens to unused Gold and your balance?

JerkmateLive doesn't say that deleting refunds anything. Jerkmate's FAQ values Gold at one US dollar each. JerkmateLive's account menu shows a "Prepaid Balance" and "Discounts and Credits". The deletion text only says that "your purchased content will be lost". It also says that outstanding debts will be collected and that deletion won't wipe out a balance you owe.

We found no official statement on refunding an unused prepaid balance when you close or delete an account. Use it, or ask support in writing before you delete. Some third-party guides say unused credit "cannot be refunded", but they cite no source.

What does Jerkmate keep after you delete your account?

JerkmateLive: the deletion text says your account and data "remain accessible for twenty-one days" because of "our legal obligations". After that, the personal data "will become unrecoverable". JerkmateLive's privacy policy loads only in a browser, and we could not read its retention section with our tools.
Jerkmate.com (Sellitize Ltd): the privacy policy's EEA/Cyprus section says account and transaction data are kept while the account is active "and for up to 7 years thereafter" for tax, accounting and legal reasons. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent. Technical and usage data is kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.

How do you request your data or its erasure?

For jerkmate.com, email marketing@mail.jerkmate.com. The privacy policy gives that address for access, correction, erasure, portability and objection requests from EEA residents. It promises a reply "within one month". It also points EEA residents to their data protection authority (the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, or the authority in your own EU/EEA country). People outside the EEA "may have additional privacy rights under applicable local law" and should use the same address. The policy has no separate California (CCPA) section.

For JerkmateLive, use its privacy policy. JerkmateLive's privacy policy has separate sections for California, Nevada and Virginia residents. It's at jerkmatelive.com/docs/privacy-policy and only opens in a browser. Check the California section there for how to file a request. The in-account deletion tool is the direct route to deletion.

How do you stop Jerkmate emails?

Click the "remove" or unsubscribe link in any JerkmateLive or Jerkmate email. JerkmateLive's help says this stops newsletters and offers.
On JerkmateLive, change Email Preferences and Notification Settings in My Account.
For jerkmate.com marketing, the privacy policy also accepts an email to marketing@mail.jerkmate.com. Push notifications are switched off in your browser or device settings.

Account emails, such as receipts and account changes, are separate from marketing and keep arriving while the account exists.

Can you undo it or come back later?

A closed account, yes. A deleted account, only within 21 days. After closing, log in again and JerkmateLive sends a reactivation email. After a deletion request, logging in within 21 days restores the account and "normal billing practices will resume", but your subscriptions are gone. After 21 days you would have to start a new account from scratch.

Watch out for lookalike help pages

Some of the results for this search aren't Jerkmate:

jerkmates.com (with an s) says deletion is "irreversible" and only possible by email. That doesn't match JerkmateLive's own 21-day deletion screen.
jerkmatecams.com names GEONDA GmbH and NET-LINE Online-Dienste GmbH in its footer and sells "coins". Its cancellation steps are for that site, not your JerkmateLive account.
Guides that tell you to open "Account Settings" and enter your password to delete give no source. JerkmateLive's published screen text describes a closure page, a reason form and a Delete confirmation.
