Jerkmate Pricing: What's Free, What Gold Costs and How Billing Works

Watching is free. Interacting with one performer costs money. Jerkmate's "Is Jerkmate free?" FAQ says you can "create a free account, watch live cams, browse models, and jump into public chat without paying anything upfront". Its free-account FAQ sets out what each account type gets.

Why Jerkmate asks for a card on a free account
The signup form asks for your email, a password and a card, with the note "Membership is free, forever!" Jerkmate says the card "verifies that you are an adult" and that "nothing will be charged unless you decide to purchase something". It also says "No subscription. No automatic payment." At least one review site says you can register without a card. We could not check every signup route, so expect to be asked for one.
What Gold costs
One Gold is one US dollar. That rate is stated on several of Jerkmate's FAQ pages and in JerkmateLive's help, which calls Gold "a site currency that you can send to a performer anytime". You spend Gold on tips, Gold Shows, paid shows, videos and extras such as Spin the Wheel and Live Vibe, which lets you control a performer's toy.
Jerkmate does not publish its Gold package sizes on any public page we could reach. They appear on the payment screen once you have an account. Several pages that rank for "Jerkmate pricing" quote numbers that don't fit Jerkmate's own rate:

What private, exclusive and cam-to-cam shows cost
You pay by the minute, at a rate each performer sets. JerkmateLive's help says "the per-minute prices for paid chats are listed in your local currency before you enter the chat". Exclusive rates are shown on the performer's profile.

Block sessions: up to 20% off if you pay upfront
Some performers offer discounted blocks. Jerkmate's block-session FAQ lists the discounts. You must use the whole block in one go. If the show runs past it, you keep paying the discounted per-minute rate.

To budget a show, multiply the rate on the profile by the minutes you want. Here is an example with a made-up rate: a performer charging 3 Gold ($3) a minute costs $45 for 15 minutes, or $42.75 as a 15-minute block. Extra charges and spending limits
JerkmateLive's help lists extras that can be added to the price you see:
- VAT for EU members. Jerkmate says you are told the percentage "before a taxable purchase is made".
- Sales tax for Canadian members, which varies by province.
- A PayPal service charge if you pay with PayPal. You are shown the percentage before you buy.
There is also a daily spending limit. Every member starts with one, and once you reach it "your current chat will close". You can lower it "as low as $25" to cap your spending, or ask support to raise it. New members also have a daily cap on Gold spent outside paid chats.
Is Jerkmate a subscription? Does it auto-renew?
Watching is not a subscription, but some things you can buy do renew. Jerkmate's FAQ pages say "No subscription. No automatic payment." JerkmateLive's help says "there is no monthly or recurring fee to view the site". But Jerkmate's own pages also describe two things that do recur:
- Fan Clubs. JerkmateLive calls these "monthly subscriptions to individual models". Jerkmate says the fee "depends on the girl" and that members may get show discounts "of 10%, or even more". They are managed under Fan Club Management, which has a cancel option.
- A "Premium Membership". Jerkmate's account FAQ says a premium membership gives "30 days of access" and that if you "cancel the recurrence" it ends after that period. The other FAQ pages don't mention this plan. We could not confirm whether it is still sold.
Some older reviews and forum posts, one from 2021, describe a pre-ticked box at checkout that signs you up for a separate paid offer. We could not see the checkout, so we can't confirm it. Before you confirm any payment, read every checkbox on the page.
Who bills you, and what shows on your statement
You pay JerkmateLive, not jerkmate.com. Jerkmate's terms (last amended 5 May 2026) say "any charges or fees related to our website shall be governed by the terms and conditions found on jerkmatelive.com", and that you should go to JerkmateLive with billing questions or disputes. Jerkmate describes itself as the discovery site. JerkmateLive is where you buy Gold and where shows run. Jerkmate says JerkmateLive is "powered by a white-label system" and by Streamate. Jerkmate's privacy policy calls the site "a Sellitize Ltd product", and its terms are governed by Cypriot law.
JerkmateLive offers "discreet billing". Its help says that when you use paid services, your statement "will display one of the following" names, and it lists them in its Billing Statements help section. It also says "the billing company used to process your payments is listed when entering any paid area of the site". Those names only appear inside the site, so if you find a charge you don't recognise, check that section and the payment screen before assuming fraud.
How to stop Jerkmate charges
- End a paid show. Tap the X in the top-right corner of the video or go to another page. Jerkmate says this stops billing. If the chat closes because you get disconnected, billing stops too.
- Lower your daily limit to as little as $25 if you want a hard cap.
- Cancel any Fan Club. Go to Fan Club Management on JerkmateLive and choose Cancel. JerkmateLive's account text indicates that Fan Club benefits continue until the end of the period you paid for.
- Cancel any membership renewal. Jerkmate says premium memberships are listed under My Account and can be cancelled there. You can also email
supportteam@jerkmatelive.comwith your login name, your full name and the last 4 digits of your card. - Keep proof. Save the cancellation confirmation or your email, and check your next statement.
Cancelling a renewal is not the same as closing your account. Jerkmate explains account closure in its account FAQ.
Can you get a refund from Jerkmate?
We found no published refund policy. Jerkmate's terms send billing disputes to JerkmateLive's terms, and the JerkmateLive terms page could not be opened on 25 September 2026. Jerkmate's own terms say they don't limit your mandatory consumer rights, which cover EU residents in particular. Here is what the help pages do promise: you aren't billed for a Gold Show the performer cancels, and billing stops when a chat closes.
For any other refund request, contact JerkmateLive's Billing Customer Services first. If a card charge is wrong and support doesn't fix it, the FTC's guidance is to write to your card issuer so the letter "reaches the issuer within 60 days after the first bill with the error was sent to you".
Payment methods
Jerkmate asks for a credit or debit card at signup. JerkmateLive's help mentions PayPal, with its own service charge. We found no official page that mentions cryptocurrency payments, although one review site says Bitcoin is accepted. Jerkmate's only crypto FAQ says it has "no affiliation, partnership, or association with the token 'Jerkmate' (JERK) issued on the Solana Blockchain". That token's price page is the top Google result for "jerkmate cost".
How Jerkmate's matching works, and where the performers come from
Jerkmate asks "a few quick questions" about your preferences and then "ranks and suggests models" based on your answers and on activity and popularity. The performers are Streamate models. Jerkmate says "Streamate is the site from which the models create their camming profile and stream", and that the same models can appear on other sites. The matching step is free. Costs start only when you pay for a show or an extra.
Is Jerkmate worth the money?
It depends on how you use it. If you mostly want to watch, Jerkmate costs nothing. If you want one-to-one time, its costs are clear in principle: Gold is worth $1, the per-minute rate is shown before you start, blocks save up to 20%, and a daily limit can cap your spending. Is Jerkmate completely free?
Browsing, public live shows and public chat are free. Private, exclusive and cam-to-cam shows, tips, Gold Shows, videos and Fan Clubs cost Gold or a fee.
How much is 1 Gold on Jerkmate?
One US dollar. Jerkmate states 1 Gold = $1 in its FAQ and in JerkmateLive's help. Taxes or a PayPal service charge can be added on top.
How much does a private show on Jerkmate cost?
There is no single price. Each performer sets a per-minute rate, which is shown before you enter the chat. The exclusive rate is on their profile.
Does Jerkmate charge your card when you sign up?
Jerkmate says no. The card is for age verification and faster checkout, and "nothing will be charged unless you decide to purchase something".
Does Jerkmate auto-renew?
Viewing the site has no recurring fee. Fan Clubs are monthly subscriptions, and one Jerkmate FAQ describes a 30-day premium membership that renews unless cancelled. Check My Account and Fan Club Management.
Does Jerkmate take PayPal?
JerkmateLive's help mentions PayPal payments with an extra service charge, shown before you buy. Availability may depend on your country.
What does a Jerkmate charge look like on a bank statement?
JerkmateLive uses discreet billing, so the name may not say Jerkmate. The names it uses are listed in its Billing Statements help section, and the billing company is shown when you enter a paid area.
